Public Outdoor Group Classes
A slow flow of postures connecting breath to body. Emphasis on strengthening, flexibility and balance. This class places emphasis on time to pause and feel the body’s connection to Mother Earth, leaving one relaxed and refreshed for the whole mind, body and spirit.

A class tailored to the individual student needs, fostering the ability to breathe with mindful movement, providing a safe environment to practice, leaving one relaxed and refreshed for the whole mind, body and spirit.
Private SUP Yoga- Group/Individual
Stand up Paddle Board Yoga Practice. Paddle out offshore just a ways. Out on the water we will enjoy a mindful flow of lighthearted yoga postures combined with breath as you feel the connection to Mother Earth balancing on water leaving one relaxed and refreshed for the whole mind, body and spirit.
Chair Yoga
A lighthearted practice of yoga postures sitting in a chair linking to breathe. Mindful movement, strength, and flexibility build poses and relaxation. Building everyday connections of confidence to oneself and the community, leaving one relaxed and refreshed for the whole mind, body, and spirit.
Children's Yoga - Ages 1-3 years / 4-6 years
PLAY- THE OPTIMAL WAY TO LEARN. A fun playful experience to the practice of yoga provided through PLAY, the optimal way to learn. Monkey see Monkey do kind of class. Teaching through the eyes of the child, demonstrating the poses, encouraging the children to join in and practice alongside each other, leaving the child relaxed and refreshed for the whole mind, body and spirit.
Parent and Me Yoga - Age 0-1 year
This is a gentle yoga practice for the parent and baby to connect. Coming together on the mat, breathing, uniting yoga postures in a Monkey see Monkey do practice, creating a playful connection that lasts a lifetime, leaving the parent and child relaxed and refreshed for the whole mind, body and spirit.
Bachelorette Events
A playful Yoga Practice for the Bride-to-be and her party. Joining together in a circle to celebrate love and friendship with mindful movement and breath work for balancing the whole body. Having the option of adding Vibrational Sound Bathing using Crystal Singing Bowls to the experience, leaving one relaxed and refreshed for the whole mind, body and spirit.
Guest Teacher Event
A Lady Niguma Yoga Practice for the stressed out human to slow down, realign and balance the chakra system. Using vibrational sound bathing to heal from anxiety, lower the heart rate and blood pressure leaving one relaxed and refreshed for the whole mind, body and spirit.
