Why I keep showing up for Yoga: "I started yoga after a knee replacement to achieve flexibility and fluidity overall. Then I began to notice a different way of being, a change in myself that allowed me to let go of some things and gain others. Yoga allows me to go to new places."

"Audrey is an exceptional and intuitive healer who creates a sacred and supportive space for deep Generational Healing®️. During my session an ancestor came through with a meaningful meessage, Audrey's gentle and caring presence allowed profound aha moments to unfold. The insight and healing continued long after the session ended. I am incredibly grateful for her guidance and wholeheartedly recommend her services."

"I look froward to your theme of the week. Your insstruction to focus on the breath and quiet the mind helps bring me to be in the present moment. My mat becomes my own space and I can leave everything else outside. I always leave class better than when I arrived. That's pretty awesome, and so are you."
